‘Peace, happiness and stillness – there is no form so there are no boundaries to how much you can acquire’

*********

Is happiness an illusion or is it an imaginary condition that the old say about the young and the young say about the old ?

What we do know is that happiness is very much within your reach. Happiness or anxiety is not something that happens - it is something we create. Happiness can be fleeting or perpetual the choice is ours. A key step on the road to a better life is to recognise that most people change their ‘state’ in response to events around them without thinking. People change their moods unconsciously between light and dark moments without thinking. Why is it though that some people get to spend more time in the sun ?

One of the first things we will teach you is how to take control of your states consciously so you are not at the mercy of external events controlling your mood.

We help you identify the triggers that influence your moods. These will include sounds, aromas, how a person looks at you, a certain tone of voice and endless other nuances. It is important that we accept responsibility for our moods and then we can ‘control how we feel. If we can ‘control how we feel’ then our moods are not at the mercy of others or the environment and therefore we are in charge of our own happiness and destiny.

‘It is not what happens to us that determines the quality of our life but our responses to what happens to us that is critical .’ Our responses are determined by what we say to ourselves. We need to understand how positive and happy people always remain optimistic in the face of adversity. It is important to know why some people recover from setbacks quickly while others spiral into unhappiness. Why do people respond differently to identical experiences ? Would it be enlightening to be able to control your response to all the events that you experience ?

There are lots of enjoyable things to learn. Have you ever analysed what makes you happy ? It might for example include a walk in the park, a certain piece of clothing or a certain smell . We help you understand how you can replicate enjoyable experiences like this on a consistent basis.

We will show you how your four other key issues affect your happiness. One – your health and it’s affect on your mind. Two – Eliminating negative thoughts. Three – How to recall an abundance of vivid happy memories. Four – How to dramatically heighten the pleasure of your experiences as they occur.

All things that we encourage you to do, to experience more happiness are usually free of charge – ‘ golden rooms are usually found in wooden houses.’ We are sure you know this already. We also share with you an extensive list of creative ways to enjoy the simple things in life at home and outdoors. The most expensive things in life of course can cause anxiety, because they are there to lose or be taken away. And don’t we spend more time worrying about what might happen, than we do on what actually does happen ? So yes happiness is obtainable and it is within your grasp
